Our Services

Nutrition Therapy for Eating Disorders

Our team of dietitians provides compassionate, supportive, patient-centered care for folks who are possibly experiencing disordered eating, diet cycling, and/or body image challenges. We specialize in treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, ARFID, and over-exercise.

Nourishing NH dietitians have extensive experience in managing medically complex cases. We are a part of a network of eating disorder professionals within the US and always take a multidisciplinary approach in treatment planning and collaboration.

All ages and backgrounds welcome.

Clinical Consultation and Supervision

For clinicians in the eating disorder field, 1:1 supervision is highly valued to support your work as cases often become more complex. We all need to have a trusted supervisor to access more support. Supervision with Hope can focus on setting boundaries, discussing cases, brainstorming resources, how to build a private practice and a place for emotional support.

Supervision is offered to therapists and dietitians who are wanting to expand on their knowledge or for those who are established in the eating disorder field and are looking for more case support. Supervision in eating disorder cases helps us to stay grounded, reduces potential for burn out, and increases our potential to grow.

Supervision is generally 50–55-minute sessions, the fee is $135. Please email Hope directly for scheduling.

Sports Nutrition for Athletes

The Nourishing NNH sports dietitians support optimal performance by practicing evidenced-based nutrition practices. Marcia Nelson, Kristen Jimenez, and Tina Fallow are board certified sports nutrition dietitians and provide nutrition counseling and care for athletes who may be experiencing (or not) an eating disorder. They have experience with athletes with REDs, Low Energy Availability, GI issues, stress fractures, pre/post-operative injury recovery and return to play, strength gains and nutrient periodization.

Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome.

General Nutrition Services

Using Medical Nutrition Therapy, dietitians at NNH can provide more generalized nutrition counseling and care for folks who are looking to improve their health and nutrition.

All ages and backgrounds welcome.
