Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Employee
Hours: Minimum of 15 completed client sessions per week
Location: North Conway or Concord, NH, remote, or hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct an in-depth nutrition assessment for each client.
Develop an individualized nutrition plan for each client.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation in EMR, including assessments, updated treatment plans, and progress notes.
Communication and collaboration with treatment team members when appropriate.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to individuals and caregivers.
Requirements:
Aligned with weight-inclusive, non-diet nutrition philosophy.
Minimum of 3 years working with individuals with eating disorders .
RDN actively credentialed with CDR.
Active NH state RD licensure.
Active CAQH profile.
Active professional liability insurance.
Experience working in a counseling setting with teens and adults.
Passion for working with others and being collaborative with multidisciplinary team.
Availability for possible evening appointments 1-2 evenings/week.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Provide timely and accurate documentation for all sessions and correspondence.
Preferred Experience:
The ideal candidate has a subspecialty such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, sports nutrition, and/or PCOS.
Utilize MNT to provide quality, personal, and ethical nutrition-based care to clients.
Provide initial assessments and appropriate follow-up.
Collaborate with team members (PCPs, therapists, family members, medication providers).
Ability to identify urgency in case presentations and appropriate interventions.
Ability to critically think and assess complex cases.
Experience in application of mental health modalities, such as DBT, ACT, MI and other counseling techniques.
Pay: $55/billable hour
